"Quilt A Week" Slide Lecture
From 1999 through 2005, Jeanne Williamson created one small quilt each week, that became a weekly record of events in her life, in the world, and in nature. This project gave her the opportunity to experiment with fabric, design, and materials. It also provided her with a time and place to be creative each week.
The Quilt A Week Slide Lecture offers a peak at this collection of 365 quilts. Jeanne shares the story of this project, discusses techniques, materials, motivation, and what she did right or wrong. The lecture is one hour long, with a question and answer period at the end, as well as samples for the audience to view up close.
Email Jeanne for her lecture fee and schedule.
